Each summer, Tom Douglas Catering creates a fabulous al fresco meal in the Interbay P-Patch Plaza. The Chef in the Garden dinner and silent auction benefit GROW, and its supporters return year after year for the delicious and convivial event. For the past two years, Chef Alex Chan has created the wonderful, inventive menus that feature local meats and produce, and even delicious honey from P-Patch apiaries.
